Sorry your having problems. Here are some programs and information that may help
with common computer issues.
- To re-install
VNC. Only re-install if instructed by TMAC's. VNC (virtual network connection) allows us to
help you remotely with your problem. We will walk you through the
setup over the phone or via email instruction. This program will
allow us to see your desktop and help you solve your problem.
- To Download TMAC's
IP UPDATE. Only re-install if
instructed by TMAC's. This utility will transmit your IP address to my
system so I can remotely help you with your problem.

To re-install
Spybot. Spybot will help eliminate "Spyware"
that tracks your web surfing, and stops "Adware" that keeps
popping advertising sites up even if your not surfing the web. Some common
"Spyware" is Gator, Weatherbug, and many others. Don't
forget to check for updates, download them, check for problems, Fix
problems, then immunize!

To install Lavasoft Adaware.
This is another program that will help eliminate spyware. We recommend
using them both as they sometimes find different spyware programs.
